(click above) I give the player stated here permission to participate in this Pitching Clinic pursuant to all the terms and regulations that apply. You also release Simley High School and www.fastpitchclinics.com of any accidental injury during the clinic.

Refunds & Cancellations

Clinic registration is only refundable within the first 24 hours of registration. In the case of rain or cold temperatures, the clinic will be moved inside. Please bring appropriate shoes.
