You also release Simley High School (Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076)) and www.fastpitchclinics.com of any accidental injury during the clinic.

I agree to the following charge

Clinic Registration Fee – $50.00

(click above) The fee covers all charges for the clinic instruction. There will be an autograph session following the clinic. Autographs are free with the option to purchase an autograph sheet (8 1/2 x 11) AND a maroon Bani Bands headband for $20 from Coach Fiser. Pre-purchase is available on the registration checkout screen. Registration price is $18.

Refunds & Cancellations

Clinic registration is only refundable within the first 24 hours of registration. In the case of rain or cold temperatures, the clinic will be moved inside.
