I agree to give the player stated here permission to participate in the Gopher Softball Alumnae Clinics pursuant to all the terms and regulations that apply. You also release Simley High School, Golden Gopher Softball Alumnae Clinics, on-site clinicians, and www.fastpitchclinics.com of any accidental injury during the clinic.

Refunds & Cancellations

Clinic registration is only refundable within the first 24 hours of registration. In the case of rain or cold temperatures, the clinic will be either moved inside or the time may be adjusted. Message will be via text & email to Parent Information as registered.
